Voronezh Vegetable Oil Plant has been a part of Zhemchuzhina Povolzhya AgroHolding since 2009
During the next few years, a complete modernization of the equipment was carried out, as well as new shops were built at the plant, as a result of which the plant capacity was increased 4 times. A complete renovation of the press and refinement shops was carried out, too. Moreover, at the plant a new press shop and refinement shops, oil cake warehouse, 2 sunflower elevators (storage of up to 50,000 tons of raw material) were build and put into operation, and modern weighting equipment was installed. Now, the extraction production design has begun.
To improve the product quality, a contemporary laboratory for daily monitoring of the product quality was built at the plant. The absence of any genetically modified sources (GMS) in the output products is guaranteed. As a result, the plant is able to process up to 500 tons of sunflower, while producing daily nearly 200 tons of sunflower oil. The plant is located in the Voronezh region, in the Verkhne-Khavsky district.
