An enterprise within Zhemchuzhina Povolzhya AgroHolding engaged in management activities. The company was established in 1992. This enterprise oversees the holding’s main issues regarding production, sales, as well as the holding’s functioning as a whole.
This enterprise is located in the Dzerzhinsk city of the Nizhny Novgorod region. The enterprise territory includes the headquarters and a plant for packaging sunflower oil in PET bottles.
The plant for packaging vegetable oils is equipped with high-performance modern given machines, oil dosing rotary lines, complete automatized packaging, labeling and heat-shrinking lines. During the whole work shift, every 2 hours at all process stages all data are fixed on the quality of manufactured products. A safety management system and a quality management system regarding the produced sunflower oil packaged in a consumer package was developed and implemented based on the HAССP principles, which meet the requirements of GOST R ISO 22000 – 2007 and GOST R51705.1 – 2001.
Thanks to production of a high quality oil and a wide range of brands, there is a stable demand for these products in all regions of Russia and near abroad countries, which has been repeatedly noted by gold, silver and bronze medals at various prestigious international exhibitions for an optimal price and quality ratio. Equipment modernization regularly takes place at the plant, which already today allows to produce up to 100 million bottles of vegetable oil in a year.
